Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to keep our policies as flexible and fair as possible. Please read the following carefully before booking:
General Cancellations
Bookings are fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled activity. This is unless otherwise noted during your booking or your booking falls into a below category. In some situations, there may be a different cancellation policy that applies but you will be clearly informed of this before any bookings.
Bookings are fully flexible and can be rescheduled at no additional cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Courses and eLearning
Deposits made on any courses that involve eLearning are non-refundable due to material costs.
If the full course fee has been paid and you cancel, the eLearning portion will be deducted from the refund amount if you paid in full. If you had paid a deposit, this is non refundable as it is the course content.
Snorkeling Bookings
Snorkeling bookings are fully refundable with 48 hours’ notice, except in cases where the weather is deemed unsafe by the captain, in which case a full refund will be issued regardless of notice.
Transport-Related Cancellations
In the case of transportation issues (e.g., cancelled or missed ferries or flights), bookings are 50% refundable if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us ensure smooth operations while also offering you flexibility in your travel plans.
Liveaboards
Liveaboards can be cancelled more than 60 days in advance. There is a charge of 3-5% for the card processing fees if this was the chosen method of payment.
Cancellations within 2 months to 1 month will be charged 50% of the trip and any cancellations within 1 month are not refundable.
